This chocolate cake uses a rich, moist butter cake batter known as "Sacher Masse," which contains a generous amount of butter and chocolate. It is layered with tangy apricot ganache and coated with "Sacher Glazur," a chocolate glaze with a distinctive crunchy texture.

This Mango Mille Crepe features 11 layers of meticulously hand-cooked crepe. Each layer alternates between lightly flavoured fresh cream and rich, flavorful custard cream. Between the layers, we've added a jelly made from Alfonso mango puree. The top is adorned with a generous amount of mango and vibrant red currants.
